Clarkson College provides a variety of professional learning opportunities and health care courses. Our Basic Life Support, Medication and Nurse Aide courses can help individuals getting certified for the first time or needing renewal. Banner Art Contest

Showcase your Clarkson College spirit and artistic abilities during the College-wide Spirit Week art contest. Participants will create a unique Clarkson College banner representing our history and Values and have the opportunity to win free prizes.

All entries will be displayed on campus during Spirit Week Sept. 22-26, 2025.

On-Campus Participants Details

On-campus participants may pick up a banner kit from the front desk on the first floor of the main building, beginning August 28, 2025.

What’s included: Canvas banner and a small selection of fabric markers.
Extra supplies (optional, at your own expense): Stencils, markers, paint, stickers, popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners, or other craft materials.
Banners should show homemade and hand-crafted ingenuity, so please refrain from utilizing die cut machines like Cricuts.
Required design element: Include the Maltese Cross.

All banners are due Friday, Sept. 19 at 12:00 PM CST. Return completed banners to the front desk on the first floor of the main building on time in order to be eligible for voting and prizes.

Online Participants Details

Online participants can create their banner using an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper and any drawing or painting supplies they would like. Drawings must include the Maltese Cross.

Take a photo of your banner and and submit it using the form below by Sept. 19 at 12:00 PM CST.

Contest Voting

The College community will vote on their favorite banner design and/or drawing. There will be three categories: student, employee. and online. Banners in each category with the most likes will be the winners. Winners will receive a gift card prize, provided by the Clarkson College Alumni Association

Voting will take place via Survey Monkey. An email will be sent out soon with more information. All voting will be due before Friday, Sept. 26 at 12:00 PM CST.
