Open Door Mission Partnership

Clarkson College is pleased to have Open Door Mission as a member of our Community Partnerships program. The Open Door Mission helps people and families in Omaha and gives them hope for a better future. Clarkson College is proud to offer a scholarship opporunity to Open Door Mission employees, spouses and their dependent children seeking a career or advanced education in health care.

Benefits

  • Open Door Mission employees, as well as their spouses and dependent children (23 years old or younger) are eligible for a Community Scholarship:
    • Bachelor's degree -- Approximately $28,000 over four years
    • Associate's degree -- Approximately $14,000 over two years
  • All applicants who meet admissions qualifications and are seeking enrollment in our online programs will be accepted. Due to space limitations, preference will be given to applicants enrolling in our on-campus programs through additional points on their application.
  • Participants are eligible to apply for Clarkson College academic scholarships and Financial Aid. Learn more.

Scholarships are renewable for up to two years for an Associate’s degree and four years for a Bachelor’s degree, provided satisfactory academic progress and good standing are maintained, as outlined by Clarkson College policies. Awards are applied to tuition only. All scholarship totals listed are calculated at the maximum lifetime amount of each. This scholarship award is in addition to your financial aid award package. The Clarkson College Commitment to Excellence Scholarship, Founders’ Scholarship, and Community Scholarship may not be used in conjunction.
