Family & Friends CPR Course
The American Heart Association (AHA) Family & Friends® Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course is designed for individuals who would like to learn essential lifesaving skills but are not seeking certification.
This AHA video-based course teaches adult Hands-Only® CPR, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant. Participants to practice skills with a mannequin while observing consistent, accurate modeling of Hands-Only™ CPR performance on the course video. Ideal participants include new parents, childcare workers, grandparents, school personnel, siblings and babysitters.
One and a half to two hours.

Family & Friends® CPR Student Manual. The cost of the workbook is included in the course registration fee.
$20 payable by cash, money order or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at time of registration.
Courses are offered on the Clarkson College campus, located at 42nd and Douglas Streets in Omaha, Neb. Participants can also make arrangements for an instructor to teach the course at a workplace or other setting, given certain provisions are met.
Class fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided if an individual cancels, does not attend or does not complete the entire class.
